Behind Rainier House

Hi, my name is Jenn, and I’m the human behind the keyboard. Rainier House started as an idea in 2020 during the pandemic when I was craving a creative outlet. After finishing our first major renovation project on our home in the fall of 2020, I decided to create an Instagram page for posting updates to our builder-grade home. Our home just happens to have a view of Mt. Rainier, hence, where the name Rainier House was born. It was a way to do something creative without bombarding my friends and family on my personal page. From there I was craving an opportunity to write more in-depth posts and to expand into other things that interest me.

I am a self-professed foodie, wine drinker, lover of artisan products, and wannabe interior designer. Things I love: nature, travel, photography, cooking, and baking. My goal in life is to always seek out new and exciting experiences and opportunities. I hope I can share some inspiration along the way!
